SHIPPING INFORMATION: Super sites like Amazon have spoiled people when it comes to delivery expectations. Please read below for a realistic description of what you can expect.

- There are 2 steps to shipping your package. The time it takes us to "process" (package and label) it, and then the time "in transit" once it has left us.
- Orders are normally "processed" anywhere from next day to 72 hours (1-3 Days) after we receive your order.
- We use United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. You will recieve an email confirmation that your order has been shipped and a tracking # is available.
DOMESTIC ORDERS: USPS Priority Mail takes from 1-3 days in transit. So, most orders will arrive to you within a week of ordering.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING: International orders normally take anywhere from 1-2 weeks in transit, but can, on occasion, experience Customs and Security delays beyond that.
That said, not all items are in stock at all times. Most items come back in stock within a week or so. Some can take longer. We will try to keep you informed regarding the status of any "Back-Ordered" items.

Once your return arrives at NYFirestore.com, we will gladly process your refund or make the exchange. NYFirestore.com, will not charge you again to re-ship your exchanged items back to you. * Free exchange shipping is offered on Domestic Orders only. We will happily exchange items from Overseas orders, but we will have to charge for shipping.
Need a Refund?
We understand that sometimes you just want a refund.
NYFirestore.com, will refund the purchase price of any item up to 45 days after your original purchase date.
Items returned after 45 days will be given store credit or an exchange.
Refunds are processed upon the receipt and approval of your return.
Refunds can take 5-10 days to appear on your credit card
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping costs but if you are making an exchange there will be no additional shipping charge to you.
